One voice, even when three people write

That is exactly what it is built for. Whoever has an idea speaks it or types two sentences; the draft appears in minutes. Writing stops being the hurdle - approval then becomes the actual step, and that is what the approval path is for.
Can I prevent anything going out unchecked?
Yes. On the Business plan an editor only gets as far as ready - they cannot approve. Only an owner or admin approves, and after approval the text is locked. Otherwise approval would be a formality: approve, then rewrite, then publish.
We are also on TikTok. Does that work?
No. kontiqo handles LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram - nothing else. If TikTok, YouTube or Pinterest are part of your mix, you need a different tool for those, and we would rather say so now than after your first month.
We already have an agency. What does this add?
If your agency does strategy and you handle execution, kontiqo is the tool for the execution. If they do everything and you are happy, you do not need us. What we have written up is an overview, with four cited sources, of what agencies in Germany actually cost - read that first.
What will our data protection officer say?
Probably first: where is the data and is there a data processing agreement? Both are answerable - the application runs in Frankfurt, database and files in Ireland, and the data processing agreement including the subprocessor register sits in the company account. We name the exceptions ourselves: text, voice transcripts and images are generated by AI providers in the USA, image generation additionally through a global Google endpoint, because the model we use exists only there. It is stated per service in the agreement, Annex 2.
