We protect your accounts on multiple levels: the connection runs through the official platform APIs (OAuth), we never see your passwords, your access tokens are stored encrypted - and you can disconnect at any time.

Yes. kontiqo is hosted in the EU, offers business customers a data processing agreement (DPA), does not use your content to train AI models (a data processing agreement is in place with every AI provider we use) and uses cookieless analytics. We only use the Meta Pixel for ad measurement if you agree in the cookie banner. You can find the details in our privacy notice.

You describe your writing style or provide example posts. kontiqo learns from them and writes all future posts so they sound like you - not like a template.

In three ways: Through your tone-of-voice settings, through your ratings of generated texts, and through changes you make to posts. The more you use kontiqo, the better it gets.

Yes. You can upload your own images or choose from your image gallery. Alternatively, kontiqo creates matching images for you - with text in the image if you want.

Yes. You connect your accounts once via the official platform APIs, schedule posts in the calendar, and kontiqo publishes them automatically at the chosen time - including generated images if you like.

Yes, anytime. Your subscription simply continues until the end of the current period - no hidden fees. Exception: an annual subscription booked without a VAT ID ends, after the first year, no later than one month after cancellation; we refund any amount already paid for the time after that on a pro-rata basis.

After cancelling you keep access until the subscription ends. After that your account continues without a plan: you can create new texts and images again once you subscribe. Your data is kept - you can export it any time or delete your account entirely in the settings.

Yes, anytime. When upgrading, the remaining balance is prorated - you only pay the difference.

Yes, you can try kontiqo free for 14 days - on the Basic or Pro plan, whichever you choose, and up to one day before the trial ends you can switch to Business; the Business trial ends with your trial. No credit card, and the trial ends automatically. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.

kontiqo comes in three plans: Basic for EUR 34.90/month, Pro for EUR 59.90/month and Business for EUR 79.90/month (additional seats priced separately). All prices include 19% VAT; businesses with a valid VAT ID are billed without VAT. You can try Basic and Pro free for 14 days, and Business within that trial. After the trial, monthly plans can be cancelled monthly and annual plans for the first time at the end of the first year. You can find current details on the pricing page.

kontiqo combines several specialised AI services: for writing and refining your text, for learning your style, for image generation including an automatic quality check, and for transcribing voice notes. Which providers act as processors is set out transparently in our privacy notice.

Yes. Pick a date and time - kontiqo publishes the post automatically at the scheduled time.

No. A data processing agreement is in place with every AI provider we use - Google (Vertex AI), OpenAI and Anthropic; your content is not used for AI training. Your data belongs to you.

Go to Settings > Connections and connect LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. The connection runs through the official platform APIs - secure and done in under a minute.

kontiqo writes your posts in German and in English - you pick the language per post. The interface comes in the same two languages.
