What is new today

Facebook pages and Instagram business accounts can be connected to kontiqo from today. That covers the three channels where small businesses and independents in German-speaking Europe actually show up.

More important than the number of channels is how they work together.

A post is not the same post everywhere

This is where most tools take the easy route: they take one text and push it everywhere. The result fits nowhere properly.

The channels really are different:

  • LinkedIn handles long text. A post of 1,500 characters is normal there.
  • Instagram does not work at all without an image or video. A text-only post is technically impossible.
  • Facebook sits in between and has its own expectations about tone and length.
  • Mentions work differently too, and hashtags mean something different on each channel.

kontiqo knows these differences. You write your idea once, pick the channels, and get a fitting version per channel - not the same version three times.

What kontiqo tells you beforehand

Before you hit publish, you see what will actually go out and what will not. If Instagram is missing its image, it says so - in advance, not as an error afterwards.

Comments come together too

Comments from Facebook and Instagram land in the same inbox as the LinkedIn ones. You answer them in one place, with draft replies in your own writing style.
